International Property Awards: The International Property Awards are an internationally recognized award for outstanding achievements and celebrate only the highest achievements of companies in all areas of the real estate industry. They are open to all professionals in residential and commercial property around the world and are spread across the regions Africa, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Applications are judged on the basis of a strict set of criteria, and the national level winners compete internationally to ultimately select the best real estate company in the world. So far, we have been successful in the years 2015-16, 2017-18 and 2019-20.
Residential Property Awards: The Residential Property Awards are hosted by Property Week magazine. The leading b2b magazine reports and analyzes the global real estate market and awards key figures of the international real estate market in various categories. Over the last two years, we were nominated twice for this award in the category Best International Sales Agency among international bestselling names such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank and Savills.
BELLEVUE Best Property Agents: As the crowning highlight of the years 2017 and 2018 we were also awarded the “Bellevue Best Property Agents” awards. Since 2006, Bellevue – Europe’s largest real estate magazine – honors recommendable real estate companies from all over the world with the quality seal “Bellevue Best Property Agents”. The awarding is based on criteria such as seriousness, experience, objective advice, market knowledge, variety of offers, quality of service and after-sales service.
